I founded Alpha Yogalaya center 16 years ago to provide comprehensive group yoga classes and individualized yoga therapy. My role involves designing and conducting personalized yoga therapy for various health conditions, including muscle and joint therapy, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), PCOS, and prenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal care. I offer tailored guidance on lifestyle modifications, diet plans, and general fitness classes to enhance overall well-being. Additionally, I specialize in managing and training the Yoga Teacher Training Program (YTTP), equipping individuals with the skills and certification needed to conduct their own yoga classes.

My name is R. Manimegalai, and I am a certified yoga teacher. I am a dedicated yoga teacher, passionate about guiding students towards physical well-being, inner balance, and mindful living. My focus is on creating a supportive and positive space where students can grow at their own pace, both on and off the mat.
G. Geetha
My name is G. Geetha, and I'm a Trainee Yoga Therapist at Alpha Yogalaya. I am doing three years of dedicated practice and training in Alpha Yogalaya. I've completed the Yoga Teacher Training and Therapy Course. My passion lies in healing students and continually expanding my knowledge in yoga therapy. As a daily yoga practitioner, I'm committed to my own growth and well-being. I'm proud to be an internationally certified yoga therapist by Alpha Yogalaya, and I look forward to furthering my studies and expertise in this field.
K. Sangeetha
I am K. Sangeetha, a B.E. graduate from Anna University. Driven by my passion for yoga, I have been learning and practicing it for the past seven years. In 2023, I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Alpha Yogalaya and also earned certification from the International Yoga Alliance. I am currently working as a Yoga Instructor at Alpha Yogalaya, where I handle adult batches both online and offline.
